ENGINEERED STAMPED DRAWINGS
Jupiter Engineering offers professional, stamped plans for the renovation or construction of buildings. Our services include, but are not limited to, the following:
Construction Drawings
Construction Drawings refer to the final architectural and engineering plans, along with specifications, for the real property improvements to be made by the Tenant within the Premises. These drawings are designed in sufficient detail to be submitted for governmental approvals and building permits, and to serve as the comprehensive guide for the contractor.
The Construction Drawings will include, but are not limited to, details of the following:
- Partitions and doors
- HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning) systems and distribution
- Ceiling systems
- Light fixtures
- Plumbing and electrical installations, including outlets
- Telephone systems and outlets
- Any additional Tenant-required installations
- Fire and life-safety systems
- Wall finishes and floor coverings
Shop Drawings, Submittals
Shop Drawings and Submittals refer to detailed drawings submitted to the Public Housing Agency (PHA) by the Contractor, subcontractor, or any lower-tier subcontractor. These drawings provide a comprehensive view of:
- The proposed fabrication and assembly of structural elements.
- The installation, including form, fit, and attachment details, of materials or equipment.
This category encompasses a variety of materials, including but not limited to:
- Drawings
- Diagrams
- Layouts
- Schematics
- Descriptive literature
- Illustrations
- Schedules
- Performance and test data
These submittals are provided by the Contractor to offer detailed explanations of specific portions of the work required by the contract. The PHA reserves the right to duplicate, use, and disclose these shop drawings for any purpose and in any manner deemed necessary.
